I thought work had to be just work

Had a casual convo with Temi Ogunkanmi, who is a Cyber security consultant and tech enthusiast on her career and her journey so far. She mentioned the steps she took in order to get into her career and how it wasn’t a path she studied at the university for. She also said how she’s come to realize that progressing in career is not all about the technical aspect of work but also has to do with soft skills and how well one can build relationship at work.
